The INSWA OU KORE portal provides access to requirements from KORE and INSWA OU to ensure product integrity & quality, personnel safety and Environmental compliances across the Supply Chain and protect our trademark in support of our Company's purpose to refresh the world and make a difference.

Coke’s Users encountered several challenges in its existing document management system, including decreased efficiency, back navigation problem, inconsistent document structures, issues with document access & version control some other existing issues.

Solution

To tackle these challenges, a comprehensive Document Management System (DMS) was developed by, tailored to Coca-Cola's needs. This system allowed for the creation of documents using standardized templates, provided a secure mechanism for document access, and ensured that each document followed a clear categorization protocol from category to subcategory.

A workflow was established where users could create and upload the documents at the same time approval process get initiated. Once it approved by the approvals, it automatically converted into the pre-defined pdf format and published at the Kore website and notifications are sent to the appropriate users.

In case user needs to revise the published document, in that scenario user have to login to the site and download the last published document from the New & Edit document list. After doing the required changes user can again upload the updated document and the document approval workflow will be initiated.

On the final approval, the updated document is published on the site with the required changes and the old document moved to archive folder.
